The first annual (I hope annual) Swim Clinic will be on February 21st from 2 to 4 PM at the Centenary Pool. The clinic is about two months out from the first Sunrise Series Tri and if you have not starting your swimming base yet, what a great way to kick start your program to get get ready for Sunrise Series I.
