You are invited to attend the next clinic - Triathlon Specific Injury Prevention, hosted by Anna Means.

Most of you know Anna for her many accomplishments in the water and on the asphalt - winning the Conway 1/2 last month for example and that alone might qualify her to teach this clinic but Anna is a respected professional in this field.

Anna is a PT & Orthopedic Certified Specialist.  She recently opened her opened her own clinic, The Edge Physical Therapy, right here in Shreveport and we are fortunate to have her share her expertise with us next Sunday,July 12 at 3:00PM at Schumpert Wellness Center located on Bert Kouns across from Home Depot in South Shreveport.  It will be held in the lower level in the aerobic studio.  If you are not a member of Schumpert don't worry, you're a member of Sunrise and you are in.
