One last Ironman of the year for our group. Jeff Howells and Mike McHalffey are going the distance for the first time. The race is on Sunday and they should have some cool temps (53 for a low and 77 for the high) and an amazing race. Jeff has a killer swim and Mike has some fast feet. Both have been training consistently, and putting in some solid volume. I would say good luck, but you don't need it. Rock on guys!
